Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "Account Holder") and YY999 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the YY999 website, mobile interface and all associated gambling services.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on the YY999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Access to YY999 is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the YY999 website accessible at https://yy999.cam and all sub-pages, mobile versions and associated interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User in accordance with the registration process described in these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including cash balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player, or winnings derived from wagers placed with Real Money, net of any applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, esports event, instant game or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification and source of funds checks required to comply with applicable regulations.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools available to Players on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the reference currency for amounts discussed in these Terms where Pakistan-specific context is applicable.

To register and maintain an Account on the YY999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification will be required during the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy or agent for any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have any active self-exclusion arrangement with YY999 or any associated platform.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Players are responsible for determining the legality of their participation under their local laws.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of YY999 or its associated operators, technology providers or affiliates.

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

As part of our KYC obligations, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following at any time during your use of the Platform:

• A copy of a government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered to you, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal amounts exceed defined thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time specified will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure. YY999 processes KYC documentation securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the YY999 Platform you agree to abide by the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. Commercial use, data scraping, automated access or use of software tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You will not open more than one Account. If multiple accounts are detected, the Platform reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could cause technical disruption, overload server infrastructure or compromise the experience of other users.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match fixing, irregular betting patterns or any other activity designed to defraud the Platform or other players.
• You acknowledge that all gambling outcomes on the Platform are determined by random number generation or live event results and that no guaranteed returns are possible.

YY999 supports a range of payment methods that may include familiar local references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers from institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The listing of these names constitutes reference only and does not imply that any of these institutions endorses, supports or is affiliated with YY999 or online gambling. Actual availability, processing times and limits are determined by the operator and the respective payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• YY999 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party processing charges may apply depending on your payment provider.
• Deposits made from payment methods that cannot be verified may be declined or subject to additional documentation requirements.
• Currency conversion, where applicable, is carried out at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• All KYC documentation must be verified and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Partial or incomplete verification may cause delays.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe displayed on the Platform at the time of the request, subject to KYC status and payment provider processing times.
• YY999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including verifying the source of funds where withdrawal amounts exceed defined thresholds.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any remaining bonus balance at the point of a withdrawal request may be forfeited if wagering requirements are not satisfied.

YY999 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any pattern of behaviour that suggests systematic bonus exploitation, arbitrage or abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account review.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus balances that expire prior to wagering completion will be removed from the account without compensation.
• YY999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations in respect of bonuses already credited to active accounts.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the referred player satisfying qualifying deposit and activity conditions. Fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
• Cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, where available, are subject to the same general conditions as PKR-denominated bonuses, with processing and wagering requirements calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of bonus credit.

All wagers placed on YY999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. General conditions applicable across all betting and gaming products include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled unless the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or bet modification feature for that market.
• YY999 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, software malfunction or where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.
• For cricket markets including PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body will be used to settle markets. Abandoned or rescheduled matches will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market type.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. YY999 does not manipulate game outcomes and RTP figures are available per game where disclosed by the game provider.
• Esports markets are settled based on official results published by tournament organisers. Disputed outcomes will be reviewed against available evidence before settlement is confirmed.
• Maximum payout limits may apply per event, per day or per account, as specified on the Platform. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will not be paid in full.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the YY999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts, using false identity information or registering on behalf of another person without their verified consent
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or pricing anomalies to place wagers at intentionally incorrect odds
• Using automated scripts, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes
• Placing wagers on events where the outcome is known in advance, including through insider information
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing members of the support team or other users via any communication channel
• Attempting to access accounts other than your own through any technical or social means

YY999 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time through account settings.

Players are strongly encouraged to set limits before commencing play. If at any point gambling ceases to be an enjoyable recreational activity, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact support to discuss your options. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and respected across the Platform.

YY999 will not direct promotional communications to accounts that have active deposit limits or self-exclusion arrangements in place. We do not target players who have demonstrated patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour with enhanced promotional offers. YY999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct is suspected or confirmed
• A Player has failed to complete KYC requirements within specified timelines
• A Player has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority necessitate closure
• The Platform ceases to operate in a given territory

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach or fraudulent activity, any balance held within the Account may be forfeited following investigation. Where closure is for operational reasons unrelated to Player conduct, the Real Money Balance will be returned through a suitable payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YY999 and its operators, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether in respect of sports bets, casino games, instant games, esports wagers or any other gambling product
• Interruption, suspension or cessation of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, regulatory direction or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security
• Errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected by the Platform in accordance with these Terms
• Any reliance placed by the Player on information, opinions or analysis published on the Platform regarding sporting events or game outcomes

Where YY999's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in the relevant Account at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.

All content on the YY999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, iconography and design elements, is the property of YY999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content in whole or in part without prior written consent.

YY999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to discuss account closure options.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable license. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

YY999 does not represent that this Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice specific to any jurisdiction. Players should obtain independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the legality of their participation.
